While working with the team at Astatica as a VFX and Motion Graphics Artist, Akademi Fantasia (one of Astro Ria's highest rated shows) is back with Season 11 and we were kicking it old-school with digital backdrop projection and a twist of low-poly renderings to achieve an organic final look. Because the environment was to be shot in-camera with the talents, the workflow was unconventionally backwards as the edit and CG elements were produced and finalised before the live-action shoot.
